Shawn Ferrell Technical Director

Shawn Ferrell has been involved in theater for most of his life, but discovered early on that he had a talent for building things and electrocuting himself.  It only made sense to focus on the technical side of production from then on, although he occasionally allows someone to talk him into acting.

His credits include: with a chick & a dude productions- light design for The Shape of Things, light design and co-set design for Brass Ring and Winterland: A Journey Through Christmahanukwanzaakkah, and co-writer of The New Originals. With Shrewd Productions- light design for X-Mas Unwrapped burlesque; Technical director for Io: A Myth About You and The Long Now. Ferrell was also Technical director for HBMG Productions' The Love Sonatas.

He attended West Texas A&M University, and would like to take this opportunity to thank Shanon and Melissa for convincing him to move to Austin.  And for introducing him to Maya Reeves.
